How can I access my claims?

You may review claims via the MESA portal or Leading Edge portal.

How can I receive a copy of my Explanation of Benefits?

To view the EOB, use the web link on the reverse side of the ID Card.

If a website is not listed use: https://portal.leadingedgeadmin.com/Account/Login

Once registered on the appropriate site, sign in, select the claims tab and view the EOB

How can I view my accumulators?
You may review accumulators via the MESA portal or contact a customer service representative via the number listed on the back of your ID card.

How can I request an ID card?

You may call the customer service number listed on your Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) document contained within your member packet. You may also request an ID card via the MESA portal via the Resources tab.
